These key combinations move you around 4CM-AI Charts and your watchlists without reaching for the menus.
Most shortcuts act on the active chart, the one with the blue border. Click a chart to make it active. The keys below are written for Windows.

The arrow keys work while no text box or menu has the focus. ↑ and ↓ follow the rows you can see in the watchlist panel, so keep the panel open. They skip section headers and collapsed sections, and stop at the first and last row.

Working with drawings
Click a drawing to select it first.

Undo and redo

Undo first reverses zooms made with the Zoom In tool, then drawing and layout changes. Redo goes forward the same way. Zooming with Ctrl+↑ or Ctrl+↓ is not part of this history.

The Esc key
Each press of Esc backs out of one thing, in this order:
It leaves fullscreen mode.
It brings the layout back from a maximized chart.
It puts the drawing tool away and goes back to the cursor.
Every press also clears the drawing selection and closes the ruler. Esc closes most windows and menus too, and cancels picking a chart line for an alert.
