Founder **Navid Jafarian** began developing the **Trend Hunter Strategy** in 2007 and published it in 2012 after five years of teaching thousands of traders. During those years, he saw why most people lose money in financial markets. Most retail traders have another main job or business, trade with modest savings, and cannot handle the stress of watching fast `5m` or `15m` charts all day.
